Are You Currently Accepting New Patients?
Yes! We are always happy to see new patients. Please call our office to schedule an appointment and then click on the new patient form and fill it out.
Do You Accept Walk-ins?
We strive to keep our appointment schedule on time. In order to do so, we do not accept walk-in patients unless they are having an emergency. Regardless we are usually able to see patients on the same day, so please call our office for an appointment.
Do You Offer Payment Plans?
I'm Having An After-Hours Emergency. What Should I Do?
If you are having an emergency after-hours, please call either the Veterinary Emergency Group in Carle Place at 516-693-8859 or Veterinary Referral & Emergency at 516-420-0000.
Can I Just Pick Up Medication For My Pet?
NY state law requires that all prescription medication can only be dispensed with a valid client-patient relationship. Thus, we cannot prescribe medication without examining your pet.
